These documents can all be found on WADAA Ltd’s website through the link below. I understand that failure to comply with any obligations imposed by these documents may result in my membership being declined or cancelled. I also understand that I am not allowed to fish until my application for membership has been approved and I am in receipt of my new permit.

I agree to notify WADAA Ltd of a valid email address that will be used to correspond with me for so long as I am a member. If my email address changes, I will notify WADAA Ltd immediately.

I understand and agree that all membership applications and renewals are completed online and all communication from WADAA Ltd is via email. I agree to read emails from WADAA Ltd regularly, to ensure that I am updated with important notifications and information.

By becoming a member, I understand and agree that I may be required to contribute up to £1.00 towards the assets of WADAA Ltd in the event of it being wound up, either whilst I am a member or within one year after I cease to be a member.

I understand that, as a junior member, I will not have any voting rights at general meetings of the company. I further understand that I will not be required to contribute any capital in the event WADAA Ltd is wound up.
